UK Returns
Conditions for Return:
- Items must be in original, unworn condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Please retain proof of purchase to facilitate your return.
- This policy applies to orders placed within the stated dates. Items purchased outside this period are subject to our standard returns policy.
Process for Returns:
We hope you are as in love with your items as we are, but if you’re not fully happy, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your items beginning the day after your order is received:
- Send an email to csara@csaraofficial.com to submit your return request, stating your order ID and the reason for your return.
- You’ll receive an email from us with instructions and the shipping address the item needs to be returned to.
- Send us your return via RoyalMail (with tracking).
- Once we have received the item and accepted the conditions of the products we will process your refund.
Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
We hope to turn this into a free returns service as soon as possible, but for now we appreciate your help & support during the early stages of our business.
European Returns
If you are outside of the UK please send your order back with your preferred courier, you will need to pay for the return of any items back to us and it would be advisable for you to send this back via a tracked delivery option incase we encounter any problems receiving your returning parcel.
