Photo Shoot Day One: The Spirit of CSARA

Photo Shoot Day One: The Spirit of CSARA

Community. It’s a word we hear a lot on social media these days, sometimes overused, sometimes underestimated. But for us, on our first CSARA photo shoot, it was exactly what we felt.

From the start, it’s been my vision to build this brand with women golfers, not just for them. And day one of our shoot brought that vision to life.

I reached out to the women’s golf community on social media, and the response was incredible. This is a truly special group of women supportive, creative, and united by a genuine love for the game. We brought together a brilliant mix of golfers, creators, and professionals to be part of the shoot. It turned out better than I could have imagined.

One of the highlights of this journey so far has been meeting Cal, who runs the amazing women’s golf group Skratch Women. She’s been instrumental in this process from the start. Cal also runs her own marketing company, RevCo.Agency, and together, we aligned everything for the day. Not only did she shoot all the photography, but her background in golf made a huge difference. She knew exactly what kind of authentic content we needed and captured it flawlessly. She also brought along her brilliant videographer, Ellie whose work was just as impressive.

We were lucky enough to shoot at the beautiful Centurion Club, where my husband is a member. The team there couldn’t have been more supportive. We scheduled everything carefully to avoid interfering with members, and the whole day ran like clockwork. From the moment everyone arrived, it felt like we’d known each other for years. There was this natural bond, an instant energy that set the tone for the day.

Truthfully, I barely slept the night before. This was the first time the full CSARA collection was being revealed to real women golfers, and I was nervous. But as soon as they tried on the pieces and gave their feedback, I knew we’d done something right. They loved the fit, the feel, the design and that meant everything to me.

We shot lifestyle scenes indoors. Yes, we made Aperol spritzes with Irn-Bru and orange slices in the beautiful surroundings of Centurion. Then we played a few holes to capture some real golf content. The moments we got were exactly what I’d hoped for real women, playing real golf, wearing CSARA.

If I could bottle up the energy, support, and joy of that day and hand it out in a CSARA-branded bottle, I would. That’s the feeling I want people to associate with our brand.

I couldn’t have asked for a better team, a better day, or better content.

Here’s a little behind-the-scenes peek at what went down.
